Call our office during business hours to schedule an appointment, or plan your visit online using MyChart.

When you need assistance after hours or on weekends and holidays, you can speak with an on-call nurse at Novant Health Care Connections at 336-481-1830, ext. 3.

New patients

We look forward to meeting you and your child. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early on the day of your first visit. This will give you time for check in.

What to bring

Please bring the following:

• Insurance card and
• A list of your child’s medications. Information about doses and frequency of use also will be needed.
• Copayment
• Your child’s immunization record

Cancellation

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
